1. Vision Call
​Start with a free 30-minute call to share your vision, goals and ideas. This helps us understand what you want to achieve and the kind of experience you’re looking for.
2. Tailored Proposal
​We’ll design a bespoke event proposal based on your requirements. This includes activity suggestions, venue options and logistics. (Allow up to 14 days for us to prepare this in detail.)
3. Secure Your Event
To confirm your booking, we take a 10% deposit of the overall cost. This ensures your dates, venues and activities are locked in.
4. Planning Stage
With your event secured, we dive into the finer details. From timings and catering to equipment and safety, we’ll be in regular contact to make sure everything is just right
5. Enjoy The Experience
On the day, all you need to do is arrive and enjoy. We’ll be there on the ground to manage the event, support your group and make sure everything runs seamlessly.
